Hello Friends,
The Word of God
(2 Timothy 3:16-17), “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.”
Last we must allow God’s Word to correct us. Often we have a belief and change the Word of God in order to fit our belief. A man once told me he struggled getting into God’s Word. This is often true, but the most difficult thing is allowing God’s Word to get into us. I once read of a missionary giving a Bible to a chief of a tribe in his own language. A week later the chief returned the Bible to the missionary with the complaint the Bible kicked back. Someone said, “This book will keep you from sin or sin will keep you from this book.” Christians should be Bible people. Amen!
